Valley town, growing fast
Los Lunas is the Valencia County seat, sitting along the Rio Grande about 20 miles south of Albuquerque at roughly 4,850 feet. The older parts of town sit on the valley floor among farms and irrigation ditches; newer subdivisions have spread out toward the mesas on both sides. That means two very different kinds of paving jobs in one town.
What Los Lunas owners call us for
Dirt and gravel driveways
Older homes and larger lots often still have dirt or gravel drives that rut and turn to mud. We convert them to asphalt, often with chip seal or millings on longer runs.
Ditch crossings
Driveways that cross irrigation ditches and laterals, with culverts that are undersized or settled. See ditch crossings.
RV pads and side yards
Newer homes with concrete driveways often need a solid place for an RV or trailer. RV pads.
Commercial lots
Lots along Main Street, NM-314 and near the I-25 interchanges. Parking lots in Los Lunas.

Permits
Paving on your own property usually doesn't need a permit. Work at a village street, county road or state highway — or a crossing over an irrigation ditch — may. We'll check what applies.
Call (505) 207-9982 with your address and rough driveway length. Prices are in the Los Lunas price guide.
