How we work
A driveway is only as good as what's under it. In Valencia County that means two very different problems — damp, silty soil near the river and loose sand on the mesas — and we build for whichever you have.
- Base first. Soft or loose material comes out. Crushed base goes in and gets compacted in lifts.
- Drainage always. Every surface gets a slope and every lot gets a plan for where water goes.
- Honest options. If chip seal or millings make more sense than asphalt for part of your drive, we'll say so.
- Written prices. Thicknesses, area, removal and drainage work spelled out.
