Working on Pueblo land
The Pueblo of Isleta lies along the Rio Grande between Albuquerque and Los Lunas. It is a sovereign nation, and work on Pueblo land follows the Pueblo's own approvals, contracting rules and schedules — not county or village rules. We work within that process and coordinate with the department or project manager responsible for the work.
What we can help with
- Residential driveways and parking pads
- Community and facility parking — new paving, overlays, repairs, sealcoating and striping
- Access roads with asphalt, chip seal or recycled millings
- Drainage, culverts and ditch crossings on valley ground
- Crack sealing and maintenance programs
Getting started
For a project on Pueblo land, the first step is usually through the Pueblo department responsible for the property, such as housing, public works or administration. We can provide a written scope, quantities and schedule for review and walk the site with the project manager.
We also work on private property in nearby Bosque Farms and Los Lunas.
