The Hub City
Belen sits on the Rio Grande about 15 minutes south of Los Lunas, a historic railroad town with older neighborhoods near downtown, farms along the valley and newer growth toward I-25. Like Los Lunas, most of Belen is on flat valley ground where water likes to sit.
Common Belen projects
- Replacing broken older driveways where the base has failed. Driveway paving in Belen.
- Dirt and gravel conversions on larger lots.
- Farm lanes and equipment areas with chip seal or millings. Farm drives.
- Commercial lots — repairs, overlays, sealcoat and striping.
- Ditch crossings where drives cross laterals.
Flat ground, careful grading
On flat lots, we build in a crown or cross-slope so rain and irrigation runoff leave the surface, and give the water an outlet away from the house and pavement.

Common questions

Yes — it's part of our regular service area.
Why does water stand on my driveway?
It was built flat with no slope or outlet. Regrading during a rebuild fixes it.
Do you do church and business lots?
Yes — paving, repairs, sealcoating and striping.
